Job summary

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join the team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. This position offers a salary of $284,678 for board eligible and $290,063 for board certified candidates, based on a 40-hour work week.

As part of a high-volume emergency department serving a diverse pediatric population, the physician will also enjoy a collaborative care model and opportunities for academic involvement through Weill Medical College.

Qualifications

• Board eligibility and/or certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Board certified in Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine.
• New York State Medical License is required.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $284,678* (Board Eligible) $290,063* (Board Certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $408,665** (Board Eligible) and $414,589** (Board Certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
