Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity in Lubbock, TX

Join our close-knit team of Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians and advanced practice providers at the only licensed freestanding children's hospital in West Texas and eastern New Mexico.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
• Authorization to work in the U.S., including H1B visa sponsorship, with support from our in-house visa specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in our 16-bed emergency department, which includes 2 trauma bays, delivering exceptional care to children in a supportive environment.
• Work in a Level II Trauma Center with seasonal adjustments to physician coverage (24-36 hours/day) based on patient volume.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with Pediatric and Family Medicine residents.
• Collaborate in a supportive environment with dedicated OB ED and excellent subspecialty support.
• Utilize available imaging tools such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Bedside Ultrasound for efficient patient care.
• Use EPIC EMR for documentation and communication, with scribe coverage for 12 hours per day.
• Full-time position requires a minimum of 120 hours/month for full benefits.
• Part-time and PRN options are available to accommodate your lifestyle.
