Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the pediatric emergency department.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support staff through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Assist with staff scheduling and resource management.

Qualifications

• BSN required; minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Department.
• Charge RN experience preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC (obtained within specified timeframes).
