Job Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) provides high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates unit functions. In partnership with management, the CNC monitors nursing care, supports staff, and enhances patient experience.

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
• Pediatric Emergency Nurse Certification within 18 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 18 months
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Department
• Charge RN experience preferred
