Job description

Make a meaningful impact as a speech-language pathologist supporting K12 students for the upcoming 20262027 academic year on a full-time contract basis. Youll work with a varied caseload based on both your experience and preferences, serving students with needs ranging from moderate to profound. Both local and travel professionals are welcome, and the role offers ample opportunity to foster growth and communication for children at all elementary and secondary levels.

Preferred Background and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience with pediatric populations; school-based SLP or similar setting, preferred
• Comfort supporting early childhood, elementary, and adolescent students
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and implementing evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with families, educators, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication skills to identify needs and establish intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students in varied educational settings
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers and school staff, to support student success
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting in accordance with school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team consultations
