Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) seeks an experienced Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers birth to age 3 and their families across Massachusetts. You will work in family-centered, evidence-based practice, conducting assessments and delivering EI services in home, community, and group settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and meet licensure standards.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group-based EI services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EI compliance.
