Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their families. You will conduct developmental assessments, help families set IFSP goals, deliver home, community, and group EI services, and coach caregivers to support their child\'s development, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Travel across MA is required; a valid PT license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree and current licensure.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals.
• Provide home, community, and group EI services.
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their child\'s development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
