Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. The role involves collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while providing a compassionate and safe environment.

The RN will participate in performance improvement, maintain licensure, and uphold confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN license required on hire (single-state or compact).
• BLS certification required on hire (Instructor or Basic Life Support).

Responsibilities

• Patient care and care coordination: monitor, examine, and evaluate patient condition and adjust care plans.
• Deliver and document the care plan per policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring timely communication with relevant staff.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and overall quality outcomes.
• Support professional growth and maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
