Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. Hours are 36 per week on a 3/12 schedule, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care and coordinating with the patient care team to enhance outcomes.

The RN will participate in performance improvement, maintain licensure and certifications, and mentor junior staff. Strong patient advocacy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma with active RN license.
• BLS certification required; multi-state license preferred.
• Experience in patient-centered care and hospital settings recommended.

Responsibilities
