Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while serving as a liaison among patients, families, and the care team.

The role emphasizes performance improvement, professional development, confidentiality and safety, and adherence to shared governance and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required or Bachelors preferred.
• RN license (Single State or Compact) required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and care with the patient care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessment and care delivered.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety and professional standards.
• Support Shared Governance and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
