Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN – Supervisor for a full-time day shift (7A-7P). You will lead and coordinate pediatric ED nursing care, partner with the management team, and ensure adherence to policy while enhancing the patient experience.

You will mentor staff, assist with admissions/discharges, schedule coverage, and work with leadership to improve outcomes and service. BSN preferred; RN license required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and PALS certifications required or in progress.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• PALS and TNCC certifications required within stated timeframes.
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) required within 18 months of start date.
• RN license in good standing; BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise pediatric ED nursing care.
• Assist with admissions and discharges and bed management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
