• Collects, assesses and documents patient health data.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to implement a comprehensive, patient-centered plan of care.
• Implements care safely and timely while adhering to NYU Langone standards and act requirements.
• Educates patients and families about health status, plan of care, and learning needs.
