Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in ultrasound or diagnostic sonography is required.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• Certifications in pediatric echocardiography (RCCS/CRCS/ARDMS) are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality pediatric echocardiographic exams and collaborate with cardiology staff.
• Perform and analyze 3D echocardiography and strain studies.
• Manage workflow with imaging teams, nursing staff, and providers.
• Provide independent procedures and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Identify emergencies and initiate procedures in a timely manner.
• Conduct equipment quality control and resolve image quality issues.
