Job summary

Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed pediatric physical therapist to provide home-based clinical services to a pediatric caseload in Virginia. The role includes telehealth options by case and requires travel to client homes, with an empowering leadership team supporting growth.

You will perform assessments, document weekly chart notes, and collaborate with families and paraprofessionals to deliver effective care.

Qualifications

• Virginia licensed pediatric PT with travel requirement.
• Experience providing home-based pediatric services.
• Ability to coordinate with families, paraprofessionals, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessment and treatment to pediatric clients and families.
• Complete weekly electronic documentation (assessments, notes, etc.).
• Provide therapeutic interventions using various techniques.
