Job description

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide support and companionship to our pediatric clients in the comfort of their own home. The role will involve assisting with personal care and bathing, preparing/feeding meals, daily activities, and offering friendly companionship. Candidates should have some hands-on experience in direct support or behavioral health care to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

Schedule: 3 pm to 6 pm when in school, 8 am to 2 pm when out of school. Occasional hours may be available on weekends.

Pay rate: $19 per hour with an additional shift differential for weekend hours.

A few daily tasks may include:

• Preparing and cleaning up after meals
• Bathing and personal care
• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry
• Providing companionship
• Running errands

Minimum requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
