Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and care plan.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation per policy.
• Report changes and document care for continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control and promote a clean environment.
• Support respectful communication with minors, parents and the IDT.
• Support nutrition and hydration for minors.
