• Provides coordination and documentation to support functional outcomes.
• Performs client-related instruction to support outcomes.
• Provides consultative services within the organization or to outside agencies.
• Participates in educational programs to enhance knowledge and competencies.
• Performs transdisciplinary roles to optimize carryover of outcomes.
