Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA, just outside Boston. We provide a full-service, multi-specialty practice with integrated orthodontics and periodontics, and a supportive environment designed for a sustainable, rewarding career.

The role offers a $1,000-$1,200 per diem with uncapped earnings through collections, 32-hour averaging for full-time benefits, and opportunities for growth through Harvard Rounds Network CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor tooth and jaw development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics within the office.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
