Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley, MA practice just outside Boston. The role features a per diem rate of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential based on collections, and includes integrated specialty services within a full-service multi-specialty office.

The practice emphasizes patient care, provider well-being, and long-term career growth, with state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
