42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a part-time role in the Boston area, offering a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 USD with uncapped earnings via collections. The practice combines pediatric care with integrated orthodontics and periodontics, supporting flexible days based on provider availability.

The office is state-of-the-art, with a collaborative team and opportunities for long-term growth in a multi-specialty setting.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics in the office.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and continuing education.
