Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice in the Greater Boston area. You will provide pediatric dental care with a focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role offers a per diem compensation of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections. Flexible days and potential for growth into full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required and must be eligible for board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented on file.
• Malpractice insurance coverage required or to be obtained.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options and costs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate dental records.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care of pediatric patients.
