Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice near Boston. The role offers a per diem compensation of $1,000-$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections, and a schedule that adapts to providers' interests.

You will deliver preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for children, promote oral health, review treatment plans, and maintain patient records in a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; stay updated with new developments and continuing education.
