Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice near Boston. This role offers flexible days, a collaborative team, and an opportunity to provide integrated orthodontics and periodontics within the practice.

Daily rate ranges from $1,000 to $1,200, with uncapped earnings through collections. We support health, dental, vision, 401K, CE events, and a strong growth path in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
