42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. The role offers a per diem compensation with uncapped earning potential via collections, and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative team.

The practice provides state-of-the-art facilities, integrated orthodontics and periodontics, and a strong patient base. Health, retirement, CE opportunities, and other benefits are available, with full-time staff

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
