Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team. This role offers a per diem rate of $1,000-$1,200 with uncapped earnings through a percentage of collections, and features a flexible schedule within a multi-specialty practice focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education through courses and professional development
