Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA (just outside of Boston). We are a full-service, multi-specialty practice focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

This role offers a $1,000-$1,200 per diem with uncapped earnings through a percentage of collections, with flexible days based on provider availability and an easy-to-reach location about 15 miles from Downtown Boston.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and other diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in the dental office.
• Keep up with new developments, technologies and best practices.
