42North Dental, a multi-specialty dental practice just outside Boston, seeks a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join the team in Wellesley, MA. The role emphasizes exceptional patient care and provider well-being within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The position offers a per diem of $1,000-$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, integrated orthodontics and periodontics, and flexible days based on provider availability.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patientls oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests. Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office.
