Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a pediatric dentist to join our multi-disciplinary practice. The role offers a part-time schedule with a supportive environment designed for a long-term career in a full-service office focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

Daily rate $1,000–$1,200 USD with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections; easy access from downtown Boston and state-of-the-art equipment support a rewarding, patient-centered career.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain professional ethics and stay updated with new developments and best practices.
• Pursue ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA
