42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. We offer a supportive team, flexible days, and a focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry to deliver high-quality care.

This role features a daily per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through percent of collections, state-of-the-art equipment, and opportunities for career growth within a trusted New England practice.

Qualifications

• Must have DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain accurate medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Uphold high standards of care and ethics.
