Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice on a part-time basis. You will deliver exceptional pediatric care in a collaborative environment, with a focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

The position offers a daily rate of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earnings through a percentage of collections, plus access to state-of-the-art equipment and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests. Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office, keep abreast of new developments and continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program
