Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license and Hepatitis B vaccination proof.
• CPR certification and malpractice insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options and review plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records; interpret x‑rays.
• Deliver restorative and preventive dental care with high ethics.
