42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist for our Wellesley, MA practice near Boston. The role offers a per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earnings through a share of collections, and opportunities for growth within a multi‑specialty, patient‑focused office.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests and monitor growth of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ethics in the office.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
