42North Dental is seeking a part‑time Pediatric Dentist to join Wellesley Dental Group in Wellesley, MA (just outside Boston). The role focuses on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with integrated orthodontics and periodontics, offering a flexible schedule and a strong patient base.

The position provides per diem compensation ($1,000–$1,200) with uncapped earning potential, and opportunities for career growth within a multi‑specialty practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics in the practice.
• Keep up with new developments, technologies, and best practices through CE.
