Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA. The role focuses on a comprehensive pediatric practice with emphasis on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, flexible setting. The clinic offers a per diem compensation model ($1,000–$1,200/day) with additional earning potential from collections, plus opportunities for growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and document records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality, ethical standards and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
