Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a part-time role in Wellesley, MA (near Boston). The practice offers integrated orthodontics and periodontics, a flexible schedule, and a dedicated patient base in a state-of-the-art facility.

This position provides per diem earnings ranging from $1,000 to $1,200 with uncapped potential through a percentage of collections, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time averaging 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office; keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
