Job summary

Heritage Health in North Idaho seeks a Pediatric Dentist to join our integrated care team. You will provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric and special needs patients, collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals in a fast-paced community health setting.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Successful completion of an ADA-accredited Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry Program (Board Eligible / Certified preferred).
• Current Idaho dental license (or eligible by start date), DEA license, Idaho Controlled Substance Registration, NPI number, and active BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, quality pediatric dental care to patients, including those with special needs.
• Perform diagnostic exams, preventive care, and simple endodontics/restorative care as appropriate.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care with clear communication and empathy.
• Collaborate with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams within the Integrative Health Home Model.
• Supervise dental auxiliaries and maintain accurate charting and documentation.
