Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI is seeking a full-time pediatric dentist, or a general dentist who treats children, to join our team. We offer a modern, state-of-the-art facility with integrated orthodontics and oral surgery, and a dedicated patient base. Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with a per diem of 1,000–1,200.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
