42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA, near Boston, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join a full-service, multi-specialty practice. We offer a flexible schedule, a supportive team, and a competitive per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with potential upside through collections, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time employment.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing conditions, educating patients, and creating treatment plans while maintaining high ethical standards and patient

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office; keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry
