Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. You will deliver high-quality pediatric dental care, educate families, and create treatment plans tailored to children and teens.

We offer a flexible per diem schedule with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, state-of-the-art facilities, and a collaborative team focused on patient-centered care and physician well-being.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
