Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice in the Wellesley area. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and a strong patient base, with integrated orthodontics and periodontics within the practice.

Compensation includes a per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through percentage of collections. Full benefits are available for those averaging 32 hours per week, and opportunities for long-term career growth are

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license in the practicing state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and valid BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostics; monitor growth of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics in the office.
• Stay current with developments, technology, and best practices.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
