Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule, integrated orthodontics and periodontics, and a supportive multi-specialty environment designed for long-term rewarding careers.

You will provide preventive and restorative care, educate families, and maintain high standards of care. The practice is 15 miles from downtown Boston with state-of-the-art equipment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education.

Education
