42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team. We are a multi-specialty dental office focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

The role offers a per diem compensation with potential for growth, a flexible schedule based on provider availability, and the opportunity to join a collaborative practice in the greater Boston area.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through ongoing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
