Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley, MA practice. You will work at a full-service multi-specialty office that emphasizes preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, with a patient base ready for your care.

The position supports a sustainable, rewarding career and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team. Per diem compensation ranges $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential based on collections.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
