Great Lakes Family Dental in Saginaw, MI is seeking a full-time pediatric dentist, or a general dentist open to treating children, to join our team. We provide General, Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontic services in a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment, including advanced imaging and technology.

The right candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Per diem compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,200.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor tooth and jaw development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
