Job summary

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics in Colorado seeks a Pediatric Dentist to provide high-end pediatric care for patients under 21. The team includes specialists and anesthesiologists to safely treat complex cases, including those requiring general anesthesia.

Flexible scheduling is arranged with the Chief Dental Officer, ranging from 1 day per month up to full-time based on region and demand. You will lead dental assistants and collaborate with clinic leaders to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have active state license in the state of the clinic.
• Must have completed a pediatric residency and credentials to practice as pediatric dentist.
• Ability to credential with Medicaid is required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and collaborate with Rodeo team members.
• Lead Dental Assistants and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Treat pediatric patients up to 21 years old, including complex cases.
• Participate in CE events to enhance pediatric dental skills.
• Respect all patients regardless of socio-economic status.
• Coordinate with office leadership for clinic culture and patient flow.
