Qualifications

• Must have an active state license prior to starting.
• Must have completed a pediatric residency and hold proper credentials to practice as a pediatric dentist in your region.
• Ability to get credentialed by Medicaid is required.
• An interest in career development and dentistry skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and forge relationships with Rodeo team members.
• Lead Dental Assistants and other staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• See a wide range of cases with patients under 21, including complex pediatric cases.
• Participate in CE events hosted by Rodeo Founders to advance dental skills.
• Treat all patients with respect regardless of socio-economic status.
• Provide notice when out of the office to ensure patient flow.
• Interact professionally with General Practice dentists daily.
• Collaborate with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to strengthen clinic culture.
• Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and clinic organization.
• Champion safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture in the clinic.
• Communicate effectively with the office leader to align on clinic matters.
