Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join a busy pediatric dental practice in Murfreesboro, TN. The role offers strong mentorship, a family-friendly 4-day workweek with no evenings or weekends, and a modern, fully digital clinic environment.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, hygiene, Restorative treatment, sedation, and GA, seeing 120–200 visits per 4 days with a capable clinical team.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Graduate or graduating resident of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
• Tennessee license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
• Board eligible/certified preferred.
• Comfortable with or willing to train in sedation and general anesthesia.
• New graduates are welcome and will receive strong mentorship.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Kind, positive, team-oriented, and comfortable working with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, hygiene checks, restorative treatment, sedation, and general anesthesia.
• See approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day workweek with support from an experienced clinical team.
• Maintain excellent communication with children, parents, and the dental team.
• Work with full clinical autonomy, with mentorship from an experienced team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, hygiene checks, restorative treatment, sedation, and general anesthesia.
• Typically see approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day workweek, supported by an experienced clinical team.
• Maintain excellent communication with children, parents, and the dental team.
• Work with full clinical autonomy, with mentorship available from an experienced team.
