Job summary

Protouch Staffing invites a Pediatric Dentist to Nashville, TN to join an established, doctor-owned pediatric practice with an existing patient base and a supportive clinical team. This role offers full autonomy with mentorship, modern digital technology, and a strong work-life balance with a 4-day schedule and no evenings or weekends.

New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Graduate or graduating resident of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency.
• Tennessee licensed or eligible for Tennessee licensure.
• Board eligible/certified preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Kind, positive, and team-oriented.
• Excellent with children and parents.
• Comfortable with sedation/general anesthesia or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry including sedation and general anesthesia.
• Maintain full clinical autonomy with mentorship available.
• Work with an established patient base in a busy practice.
• Collaborate with a experienced clinical team and stay current with modern technology.

Join a well-established, doctor-owned pediatric dental practice in Nashville, TN!

We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a busy, independent practice with an established patient base, experienced clinical team, modern technology, and strong clinical support. Exceptional new graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship from an experienced team.

Position Highlights

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered
• 4-day workweek
• No evenings or weekends
• Established patient base with strong demand
• Approximately 120-200 patient visits per 4-day week
• Modern, fully digital practice
• Comprehensive pediatric dentistry, including sedation and general anesthesia
• Full clinical autonomy with mentorship available
• Doctor-owned practice - not a DSO

Compensation & Benefits

• Transition to approximately 35-36% of net collections
