Job summary

Love That Smile! in Clarksville, TN, seeks an energetic Associate Dentist (DMD or DDS) who loves working with children and families. You will perform routine cleanings, preventive care, restorations, and simple extractions while building trusted relationships with patients and parents.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited US dental school.
• Active license or eligibility to practice dentistry in Tennessee.
• Active DEA license and CPR/BLS certification (PALS is a plus).
• New graduates with strong pediatric clinical rotation experience welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in a friendly outpatient setting.
• Conduct examinations, radiograph/panoramic reviews, diagnoses, and personalized treatment planning.
• Perform restorative procedures (composites, crowns), sealants, fluoride treatments, and simple extractions.
• Create a comfortable, reassuring environment for anxious pediatric patients and educate parents on oral health education.
• Direct and collaborate with our experienced dental hygienists and assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in a friendly outpatient setting.
• Conduct oral examinations, digital radiograph/panoramic reviews, diagnoses, and personalized treatment planning.
• Perform restorative procedures (composite fillings, crowns), sealants, fluoride treatments, and simple extractions.
• Create a comfortable, reassuring environment for anxious pediatric patients and collaborate closely with parents on oral health education.
• Direct and collaborate with our experienced dental hygienists and assistants.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited US dental school.
• Licensure: Active (or eligible for) unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Tennessee.
• Certifications: Active DEA license and CPR/BLS certification (PALS is a plus).
• Skills: Strong clinical foundation, gentle patient manner, and a genuine passion for working with children and families. New graduates with strong pediatric clinical rotation experience are welcome to apply!
