JOB REQUIREMENTS: Come Join Our Team! We Are Hiring! We are currently hiring for a PART-TIME or FULL-TIME Peds Dentist in Milwaukee, WI, at Progressive Community Health Centers. Do you have a passion for our community and the skill set to support growth at an up-and-coming health organization? Are you a student in your last year of medical, nursing, or dental school, or a licensed primary care clinician? If so, you may be eligible for loan repayment assistance through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) or the NHSC Students to Service Loan Repayment Program (NHSC S2S LRP). In exchange for loan repayment, you serve at least two years at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).
Founded in 1999, Progressive Community Health Centers is an independent non-profit organization operating four clinics in Milwaukee, WI, supporting over 16,000 patients annually, mostly low-income. We provide comprehensive, high-quality care including family medicine, internal medicine, women’s health, urgent care, dental, radiology, and behavioral health, along with supportive services like case management and health education. We value a patient-centered approach and do not turn anyone away based on insurance or ability to pay.
The Pediatric Dentist will be responsible for providing preventative and restorative dental care consistent with professional standards.
Qualifications include a DDS degree from an accredited institution, licensure to practice in Wisconsin, and DEA registration. All employees and volunteers must be vaccinated against influenza prior to orientation to prevent transmission of the virus in our workplace.
